The local cops to testify in state court is not permitted to carry his gun and utility belt during the test?
I realized that the sheriff and other officials of the state court in uniform and badge with their belts and other weapons, but local police, im guessing that all the officers did not wear the safety belt use their weapons and shields, their names only when worn. Is there a policy that police officers can not carry their weapons in a court or something like that, I found it odd
Withdrawal of guns is the court in question, but most of the courts of the states allow uniformed officers to carry their service weapons assigned. The federal courts often make no weapons to be used. No court, I've never heard of, requires officers to remove their badges. It would be ridiculous. If they had no plate, no cops.
