I am in the Auto Body in NADC, so I will Blasted Dand. How ever, if you can not go to a sander, then you can use a wheel cleaning to remove chromium and most of the rust. It will be easier to remove the rust, if you use X like rust or something first. Then you can buy and then prime etch paint. Unless you want to re-Crome, then you must use first wash, then drenched in chrome. First etch can be baught at Wal-Mart Aresol boxes. I was beginning to be sprayed with a properly mixed gunand, unless you want to leave the store charges you for it so (perhaps less expensive that way.)
