Waterproof paint or how to paint in the shower curtain?

I'm decorating a bathroom for my son and I have not decided exactly the subject (probably Safari). I can not find a shower curtain that I like, so I wonder if there is any way I could have a clear or white shower curtain and paint over it? I know this is only acrylic chip away .. You do not know what was going to stay on this type of material!

I was going to suggest fabric paint, because it can pass the puck, but would prolly Peel near a regular shower curtain after some time. You can get a fabric shower curtain and use of a shield .. Make sure your child knows that the shower curtain out of the tub and the liner is inside the tank. could easily be painted on the lining material, also You can embroider something on it .. like a painting of a tree and then sew on some leaves, it would be great.
